Frequently Asked Questions

  • Each week, I release a limited number of pies available for local pickup.

Once they’re gone, they’re gone for the week.

You can order directly through the website as soon as the weekly pie is released.

  • I make a small batch each week to ensure quality and freshness.

Quantities are limited, and pies often sell out quickly.

The exact address and pickup instructions will be provided after your order is placed.

  • Pickup is typically Saturdays at 2pm, however may change depending on the bake schedule.

If this time does not work for you, please contact me - I’m sure we can work something out.

  • At this time, I offer local pickup only.

  • Right now, I’m focused on weekly pie drops.

If you’re interested in a future or custom order, feel free to reach out—I may be able to accommodate depending on timing.

  • I use high-quality, thoughtfully sourced ingredients—many organic and seasonal—similar to what I serve my own family.

My traditional pie crusts are always made from imported Italian flour, grass-fed butter (organic when available), filtered water, a dash of sugar, and a pinch of Celtic sea salt - that’s it!

I never use shortening, vegetable, or seed oils in my kitchen

Each pie is made from scratch in small batches.

  • At this time, I’m not offering modifications for dietary restrictions.

Pies may contain common allergens such as wheat, dairy, eggs, and nuts.

  • Storage instructions may vary slightly by pie, but in general:

    • Cream pies should be refrigerated

    • Fruit pies can be kept at room temperature for a short period, then refrigerated

You’ll receive specific storage instructions with your pie.

  • For best quality, pies are best enjoyed within 2–3 days of pickup.

(Though they rarely last that long 😉)

  • Because these are perishable, made-to-order items, all sales are final.

If there’s ever an issue with your order, please reach out—I’ll always do my best to make it right.
